Cynthia van Tilborg

Cynthia van Tilborg serves as the HR Manager at AVR since May 2023, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance workplace culture. As the Owner of Connectication, established in January 2023, Cynthia provides training and coaching in communication, motivation, and stress management, alongside HR advisory services. Prior experience includes holding the position of Global HR Project Management Director at Mendix from October 2016 to May 2023, where Cynthia led significant HR projects and processes to support business growth from 200 to nearly 1600 employees. Additional roles include Director of HR EMEA and HR Manager EMEA at Mendix and various positions at ADP Nederland B.V., where Cynthia managed HR operations and administration. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and certifications as a PCM Trainer and Coach.
