Rachel Notenboom

Rachel Notenboom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and digital transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the supervisory board for digitalization, new media, and technology at AVROTROS, and as domain lead for business technology at Triodos Bank, Rachel also holds the position of CEO and owner at TIMANTTI, focusing on interim management excellence. Prior roles include director of technology and innovation at Meijers Assurantiën, chair of the PBO at Streekomroep RN7, and director of IT & change at Invest International. With a strong background in managing IT operations and leading digital initiatives at institutions such as the Van Gogh Museum and NPO, Rachel's expertise encompasses digital customer processes, cloud transformation, artificial intelligence implementation, and team restructuring. Rachel holds a degree in political science from Leiden University and a master's degree in financial accounting from Markus Verbeek Praehep.
