Susie McAfee, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Susie McAfee, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Susie currently serves as the VP of People, Marketing, and Administration at AVS Pulse since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Optimum Healthcare IT from May 2014 to December 2022. Susie also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clearsense, LLC from May 2014 to December 2018. Susie previously held the position of HR Business Partner at PHH Mortgage from July 2012 to May 2014 and was the National HR Team Manager at DriveTime from October 2005 to July 2012.

Susie McAfee, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Christopher Newport University. In 2009, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, as well as the SHRM-SCP certification from the same institution.
