At Hand Picked Hotels, Sean leads the rebuild of the Group’s digital capabilities, including CRM migration, new CMS and booking platform development, and advanced data infrastructure. His work focuses on delivering seamless customer experiences, stronger performance, and scalable foundations for the future.

Before joining Hand Picked Hotels, Sean held senior roles at Watchfinder, where he helped scale digital revenues from £36M to £90M, and at Authentic Bespoke Group, where he delivered unified digital operations and doubled online revenue across heritage brands Budd, Tusting and Ally Capellino.
