Shay Zaltsman

Shay Zaltsman is a skilled Product NPI Engineer at AVT, responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of products throughout their lifecycle, including timelines and deliveries during both NPI and mass production phases. With experience in building production files, leading ECR/ECO processes, and collaborating with subcontractors for PCB and assembly line manufacturing, Shay also excels in design improvement, DF'X processes, and utilizing PDM and ERP systems. Prior to AVT, Shay worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and R&D Mechanical Design Engineer at Landa Digital Printing, leading project development phases, enhancing manufacturability, and providing technical support for production issues. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
