Sujatha Rajesh

Sujatha Rajesh has a long history of working in the recruitment industry. Sujatha began their career in 2010 as a Teacher cum Admin In-charge at Trinity Matriculation School. In 2014, they joined AVTECH SOLUTIONS INC as a Technical Recruiter and was responsible for establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, building applicant sources, and determining applicant requirements. In 2016, they moved to IT Trailblazers as a Technical Recruiter, where they designed and developed Internet job postings, worked extensively on Job Portals to find best talent for open positions, and communicated weekly status to the Account Manager/Clients. In 2017, they joined Avtech Solutions, Inc. as Manager – Talent Acquisition & Client Engagement and Recruiting Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for requirements’ gathering from End-Client’s hiring managers, broadcasting requirements on internet job-boards and using email broadcasting tools, and managing sub-vendors.

Sujatha Rajesh completed their Bsc Mathematics at Ethiraj College For Women from 1996 to 2000, specializing in Mathematics. In December 2021, they obtained a Diploma in Basic English Grammar - Revised 2017 from Alison - Empower Yourself. Additionally, in December 2021, they also obtained a Diploma in Human Resources (HR) from Alison - Empower Yourself.
