Silvio Bartalini

Silvio Bartalini is an experienced professional in Human Capital Management with a strong background in HR processes and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Human Capital Management at Avvale since April 2020, Silvio leads a team focused on developing HR systems for large multinational companies, particularly in Mbo, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Compensation and Benefits. Prior to this role, Silvio worked at ADP as an HR Application Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included project start-up, maintenance of HR applications, and data analysis.
