Kaylin Latimer

Kaylin Latimer is an experienced executive assistant currently employed at AVX Aircraft Company since February 2018, where responsibilities include managing government security clearance, scheduling reservations, reconciling credit card expenses, assisting with time cards, maintaining conference room schedules, and supporting the COO and other C-level executives. Prior to this role, Kaylin served as an inspection scheduler at Simplex Grinnell LP, an administrative supervisor at Kleinfelder, and held various positions at Neptune Society, including sales admin/team leader. Early career experience includes personal assistance at Ray Burris Academy of Sports. Kaylin holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tarrant County College and attended The University of Texas at Arlington.
