Diego Andres Rabaioli

Diego Andres Rabaioli is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering and machine learning teams. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Avy since August 2025, Diego previously held the same title at Raydiant from January 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included advancing crowd analysis technology through computer vision. Before Raydiant, Diego spent over eight years at Sightcorp (later acquired by Raydiant), ascending from Lead Engineer to Tech Lead, where significant contributions included developing core C++ SDKs and demographic analytics platforms. Diego's career also encompasses roles at ThirdSight, TomTom, TU Delft, Science [&] Technology, Medialogic, and THALES ALENIA SPACE, showcasing a strong foundation in software development, Agile methodologies, and research in emerging technologies.
