Kaci Seals, MBA, SPHR, ACIR, CSSR has a extensive work experience in the human resources field. Kaci started their career as an HR Assistant/Recruiter at Southern Illinois Healthcare in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Kaci then joined BJC HealthCare as an HR Consultant/Recruiter and stayed until 2008. In 2008, they joined Cielo Talent as a Client Services Team Lead, where they provided global talent acquisition and management solutions to clients. After working at Cielo Talent for 8 years, they joined Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as a Manager, RPO Operations from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at AW Health Care since April 2017.

Kaci Seals, MBA, SPHR, ACIR, CSSR obtained their Masters degree in Business Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1995 to 1997.
