Kevin Bazner

Kevin Bazner is an experienced executive in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Chairman and CEO of A&W Restaurants, Inc. since November 2011. Bazner previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Smoothie King Franchising International and served as Principal at Ventana Ventures, LLC, providing management consulting services. Additional significant roles include CEO of It’s Just Lunch International, and various leadership positions at YUM Brands and Yorkshire Global Restaurants, where responsibilities included President and COO of A&W Restaurants. Educational achievements include an MBA from Bellarmine University and prior studies at Oakland Community College.
