Ray Vink

Ray Vink is the current Director of Crating Operations at AW2 Logistics. Prior to this, they held the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Bentley World Packaging Ltd from December 2013 to November 2018. Vink has also been the President/CEO of Tax Airfreight, Inc. since November 2006.

Under Vink's leadership, Tax Airfreight has become a $50 million marketplace leader in transportation and logistics solutions, with a focus on providing an engaging and safe workplace for employees. Tax Airfreight employs nearly 400 staff across 8 facilities in the Midwest, and provides a wide range of services including regional LTL, Final Mile Pick Up/Delivery, inland services for Air/Ocean, retail distribution( pool point) , dedicated services as well devanning and custom projects solutions.

The company's fastest growing service division is Nationwide Solutions, which provides a "one-stop" 3PL solution to freight forwarding and manufacturing communities throughout the United States and Canada. Services include but are not limited to: expedited, full and volume truckloads, nationwide LTL, ocean devanning and customized projects.

Under Vink's direction, the company has undergone significant growth and expansion, solidifying its position as a trusted partner in the transportation and logistics industry.

Ray Vink received their Business Administration degree from UNLV Lee Business School with a focus in marketing. Ray also holds an Associate of Applied Science-Business from Waukesha County Technical College in marketing. Ray Vink began their educational career at Milwaukee Notre Dame High School where they studied Business Administration/Marketing.

Ray Vink works with Dean Steiner - VP of Sales & Strategy, Matt Vlaj - General Manager. Ray Vink reports to Mark Zeidler, President.
