Fredrik Martinsen

Fredrik Martinsen is an experienced European Patent Attorney, currently employed at AWA since February 2022, and previously at Bryn Aarflot from November 2017 to February 2022, where Fredrik also served as a Deputy Board Member. Prior experience includes patent attorney roles at Tandberg Innovation AS and various research positions at the Institute for Energy Technology and NTNU. Fredrik's research focused on advancing smart window technologies and the development of silicon microfibers. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Material Science from NTNU, complemented by a Master’s in Material Physics and training as a European Patent Attorney. Early career roles included diverse part-time positions and internships, contributing to a well-rounded professional background.
