Sridhar Chirumarry

Sridhar Chirumarry has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Sridhar is currently working at AWAK Technologies as a Senior Research Scientist since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Scientist at the same company from May 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining AWAK Technologies, Sridhar worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Korea Basic Science Institute from January 2017 to April 2019.

Sridhar also served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Changwon National University from June 2013 to December 2016.

Sridhar has experience in industry as well. Sridhar worked as a Senior Research Associate at Chemveda Life Sciences India Pvt. Ltd. from December 2011 to May 2013.

In the early years of their career, Sridhar worked as a Research Scholar at CSIR-INDIAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY from March 2006 to August 2011.

Sridhar began their career as a Trainee Chemist at Mylan in August 2005 before moving on to pursue higher studies and research roles.

Sridhar Chirumarry obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organic Chemistry from Indian Institute of Chemical Technology-CSIR, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. By earlier accounts of their education, they also completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organic Chemistry at Osmania University between 2003 and 2005. Before that, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry, again at Osmania University.
