So-Young serves as an Expert Advisor at AI and Faith, Strategic Advisor at tapouts, and is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum. She is a Founding Member of SEA Founders, Co-Founder of The Young Professionals' Group, and was a HuffPost Contributor. So-Young has expertise in strategy-led performance management and transformation from her time at McKinsey and as an Asst. Vice President at Citibank. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has completed executive programs at University of Virginia and Harvard University. She also holds a BA in International Relations from University of Pennsylvania.
