Michael Handler possesses extensive experience in communications, marketing, and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Communications Officer, Vice President of Strategy and Alignment, and Global Brand Director at Awana ® since November 2014, Michael has previously held significant roles at Awana® Clubs International, focusing on marketing campaigns and audience engagement. Prior to this, Michael led the establishment of Habitat Christian Community as Lead Pastor and Church Planter. Additionally, Michael founded VanHandler Inc., a marketing and communications firm, and directed messaging and graphics for the Northwest Assembly of God. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial Studies from Christian Life College.
