Ilya Gatinskiy

Ilya Gatinskiy is a Legal and Compliance Officer at Awara IT since November 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous positions including Head of Legal for CIS and Senior Legal Counsel for Russia at Microsoft (September 2018 - July 2022), and Senior Legal Counsel at Nokia (February 2017 - September 2018). Ilya also served as Legal Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (February 2011 - January 2017) and Teleca (2009 - 2011), providing in-house legal support across IT and telecommunications sectors in Russia and the CIS. Early in the career, Ilya worked as a Lecturer at the Lobachevsky State University, teaching Russian Civil Procedure. Ilya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod.
