Micah Raventos

Micah Raventos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data operations and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Operations at Awardco since October 2024, Micah previously held the position of Executive Director of Business Intelligence at USANA Health Sciences from July 2021 to October 2024. Micah also contributed to Young Living Essential Oils as Sr. Director of Global Analytics and Business Intelligence and Director of Business Intelligence from December 2014 to July 2021. Prior roles include Director of Business Intelligence at Vivint and Director of Business Intelligence and CRM at Sorenson Communications. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
