David Zilenziger currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Aware Buildings, where the focus is on providing affordable IoT solutions for building managers. Prior to this role, David owned Park Ave Grille for 17 years. David's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where a wealth advisory team managed over $500 million in client investments. David also held the position of Trade Officer at the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York, performing marketing studies for Swiss firms, and worked as an Assistant Trader at Andre & Cie, overseeing a trading desk. David began a career as a Pricing Analyst at Maersk Line, Limited, enhancing knowledge in shipping and freight forwarding. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Tableau Certification in Business Analytics from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
