Annie (Geppert) Hickerson

Annie (Geppert) Hickerson has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Annie began their career as an Audit Intern at KPMG US in 2012. Annie then joined KPMG as an Audit Associate in 2013 and later became an Audit Senior Associate in 2015. During their time at KPMG, Annie gained experience in IT project delivery, program management, and client engagement. Annie worked on projects related to IT integration, separation, migration, and SDLC.

In 2017, Annie joined Xactly Corp as a Project Manager, where they managed end-to-end project delivery for strategic enterprise customers. Annie oversaw project kick-offs, coordinated deliverables, and ensured the achievement of project objectives. Additionally, they led cross-functional process improvement initiatives and facilitated communication between various departments.

Annie then moved to Twilio in 2019, initially as a Product Operations Manager and later as a Staff Product Operations Manager. At Twilio, they played a key role in product operations, managing projects, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Currently, Annie is working at Aware as a Senior Manager in Product Operations, starting in 2023. With their extensive background in project management and operations, Annie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.

Annie (Geppert) Hickerson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Miami University Farmer School of Business. Annie attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In December 2013, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, although it is currently inactive.
