Bill Mease

Bill Mease has a diverse work experience in the beauty and research industry. Bill has worked at various companies, starting as an Analytical Chemist at Westech Laboratories, Inc. in 1995, and later became a Formulation Chemist at Universal Packaging Systems, Inc. in 1997. In 1999, they joined Schering-Plough Research Institute as an Associate Research Scientist, where they contributed to the development of potential drug compounds. Bill then served as a Technical Director at Swedish Beauty from 2002 to 2004. After that, they worked as a Research Scientist at Pantheon Chemical, focusing on developing environmentally-friendly and high-performance household and industrial products. In 2007, they joined COTY Inc. as a Manager, Process Development, responsible for improving processes and quality control in product manufacturing. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Director of Research Development at Arbonne International LLC, overseeing the Research and Development team and creating new products within the skin, body, and hair care lines. Currently, they are the Vice President of Research & Development, Regulatory at Voyant Beauty, where they lead the integration of R&D centers and oversees a team of 40+ employees.

Bill Mease attended the University at Buffalo from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Pyzdek Institute. The specific dates for this certification are not provided.
