Ajay Dhyani

Ajay Dhyani currently holds the position of Research and Development Manager at Micro Crispr Pvt. Ltd., starting in May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Research Associate at Syngene International Limited from October 2022 to June 2025, where efforts focused on antibody discovery utilizing Hybridoma technology and managing large-scale antibody production to meet client demands. Ajay also gained experience as a Project Associate II at RGCB - Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology from June 2021 to October 2022 and as a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for Stem Cell Research, Department of Biotechnology, Christian Medical College from February 2019 to March 2021. Early career at Saint Johns Research Institute as a Trainee in late 2018 preceded academic achievements, including a Master of Science in Plant Genetics from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
