MacIej Bujacz

Maciej Bujacz has a strong background in operations and production management. Maciej began their career in 2005 at Colep, where they held roles as a Shift Manager and later as a Production Manager. In 2008, they joined Kellogg Company as a Shift Manager for a brief period. Since 2008, they have been working at Voyant Beauty, first as a Production Manager and currently as an Operations Director.

Maciej Bujacz has a diverse education history. In 2002, they started their undergraduate studies at the University of Humanities and Economics, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Maciej completed their studies in 2007.

Following their undergraduate studies, Maciej pursued a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering at Politechnika Łódzka / Technical University of Lodz. Maciej attended the university from 2007 to 2009.

In 2012, Maciej embarked on postgraduate studies in Management and Quality Management Systems at Politechnika Łódzka / Technical University of Lodz. Maciej completed this program in 2013.

During the same year, Maciej obtained an ISO Internal Auditor certification. Maciej also became a certified Quality Manager through DEKRA Certification.

In 2015, Maciej enrolled in postgraduate studies in Lean Management at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Maciej completed this program in 2016.

Maciej continued to expand their skills by obtaining additional certifications. In 2017, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from TQMsoft. In 2019, they achieved the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from LUQAM Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.

Recently, in 2020, Maciej pursued an Executive MBA degree at Collegium Humanum. Maciej completed this program in 2021.
