Russell Sims is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in leading maintenance and operational improvements across various industries, including beauty, dairy, and food production. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Voyant Beauty since June 2022, Russell has a history of driving financial and KPI enhancements through the establishment of sustainable maintenance systems. Previous positions include Plant Engineering Manager at Lone Star Dairy Products and Maintenance Manager at Dairy Farmers of America, among others. With expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing principles, Russell has successfully reduced changeover times, increased throughput, and delivered significant cost savings throughout various roles. Russell holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Limestone University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
