Weiwei Lee

Weiwei Lee began their work experience as a Lab Technician at Alberto Culver in 2008, where they focused on research and development for St. Ives skincare line. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Formulation Chemist at Chicago Aerosol, specializing in aerosol technology and introducing new products into the personal care industry. In 2012, Lee joined Voyant Beauty as a Formulation Chemist and later progressed to roles such as R&D Innovation and New Product Development Manager, Senior Research & Development Manager, Innovation, and currently serves as the Director of Research & Development. Their responsibilities at Voyant Beauty include leading innovation and new product development for personal care brands, with a focus on skin and hair care formulation.

Weiwei Lee attended Eastern Illinois University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry.
