Zolton Bair

Zolton Bair has worked in various roles in the field of research since 2009. Zolton began as a Research Assistant at Virginia Tech in 2009, then moved on to Oregon State University in 2012, where they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. In 2017, they joined Top Hat Mushrooms as Lead Microbiologist (Manager). Most recently, in 2020, they became a Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at Fungi Perfecti LLC.

Zolton Bair attended Oregon State University from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Botany and Plant Pathology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Virginia Tech between 2008 and 2012.
