Minhaj Syed

Minhaj Syed has extensive work experience in various roles related to software testing and quality assurance. Minhaj started their career in 2004 as a Team Lead Application Delivery at LMKR, where they provided consultancy for HP Quality Center and managed a team of testing analysts. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Quality Assurance/Test Analyst at Fuji Xerox Australia, gathering business requirements and executing test cases for in-house and client-based applications.

In 2013, they joined Healthdirect Australia as a Test Analyst, focusing on cross-browser and responsive design applications developed for clients in the healthcare industry. Minhaj utilized CMS systems and various testing tools to create test cases, execute tests, and report bugs.

From 2015 to 2016, Minhaj worked as a Senior QA Analyst at DT, specializing in cross-browser and responsive design applications developed using CMS systems in an Agile environment. Minhaj attended Agile meetings, collaborated with business analysts, wrote test cases, executed tests, and performed various types of testing on different environments.

In 2016, Minhaj Syed obtained a Certificate in Business Analysis from Charles Sturt University. Following this, in 2017, they attended Charles Sturt University again to complete a Scrum Master Primer program, focusing on Information Technology.
