Natalie Drane has extensive work experience in the IT sector, with a focus on service operations and management. Natalie most recently served as the Head of Technology Operations at Aware Super, where they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of service operations. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager, IT Service Operations and Head of Service Delivery & Operations at the same company.

Before joining Aware Super, Natalie worked at Qantas as the Domain Owner Service Integration. Natalie also served as a Service Assurance Manager at Transurban and as a Manager for Enterprise Service Management at Tabcorp, where they played a key role in delivering technology and enterprise solutions.

Natalie has also gained valuable experience during their time at DXC Consulting ANZ, where they held the positions of Principal Consultant & ITSM Practice Lead. In this role, they provided strategic advice to clients, developed new service offerings, and created a thriving consultant community of practice.

Natalie Drane has a diverse education history. Natalie started their education journey in 1999 at Swinburne University of Technology, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma of Business Management. In 2003, they attended Planpower and obtained an Advanced Diploma of Project Management. Additionally, Natalie Drane has taken various management courses at AIM Education & Training & Internal Facilitator led, focusing on skills such as influencing and high-performance conversations.

Natalie also has certifications in the IT field. In 2005, Natalie Drane attended Pink Elephant International - ITIL, where they earned the ITIL Masters certification in ITIL V2 Managers. In 2010, they furthered their IT knowledge by completing the ITIL Expert certification at Lucid IT. Natalie also achieved the ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant certification at Lucid IT in the same year.

Furthermore, Natalie Drane expanded their knowledge in finance by attending a course called "Finance for Non-Financial Managers" at Melbourne Business School.
