Oliver Dowling

Oliver Dowling has extensive experience in business design and analytics, with a focus on managing teams and creating efficient processes. Oliver is currently the Director of Business Design and Analytics at Aware Super since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at First State Super as a Manager in the same field from September 2019 to June 2021. Before that, Oliver was a Lead Business Analyst at StatePlus from November 2018 to September 2019, where they were responsible for establishing and managing the Business Analyst team and creating a Centre of Excellence. Oliver also worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at Datacom from March 2018 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, Oliver held various business analyst roles at UBS, Kleinwort Benson, Barclays Investment Bank, State Street Bank, Pershing, and Westpac, where they gained experience in client on-boarding, data analysis, trade support, and settlements.

Oliver Dowling began their education in 1998 at Loretto School in Edinburgh, Scotland. After completing their studies there in the same year, they attended Christ's College from 1999 to 2002. Oliver then pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Canterbury from 2004 to 2006, although the specific field of study is not specified.
