Ron Prasad

Ron Prasad has had a diverse work experience in the technology field. Ron started their career at Macquarie University in 2010 as an IT Field Support Officer. After a year, they moved on to Civeo Australia where they worked as an IT Technical Support Officer from June 2011 to October 2013, and then transitioned to the role of an IT Network Operations Engineer until October 2015. In November 2015, Ron joined Aware Super as a Level 2 - Technology Support and their tenure there is ongoing.

Ron Prasad has a diploma in Information Technology Systems Administration from TAFE NSW, which they obtained in the year 2009. Prior to that, in 2008, they completed a Certificate IV in Information Technology General, also at TAFE NSW. In terms of additional certifications, Ron holds the Microsoft AZ-900T00 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from DDLS, which they obtained in March 2021. Ron also has the Administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager certification from DDLS, obtained in January 2019. Furthermore, they hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, obtained in March 2013 from DDLS. Ron is also a Certified Technologist, accredited by the ACS (Australian Computer Society), although the exact month of their certification in 2013 is not provided.
