Steve Hill

Steve Hill is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Executive of People and Workplace at Aware Super since April 2019, Steve previously held significant positions including General Manager of Human Resources at First State Super and Executive General Manager of Human Resources at GEON print & communication solutions. Additional roles have included management positions at Stockland, Qantas Holidays, and Qantas, alongside senior leadership positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ANZ. Steve began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in Learning & Education. Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Classical Studies from the University of Hull.
