Raymond Cao

Raymond Cao is the current Chief Technology Advisor at AwareAbility Technologies. Prior to this, they served as Senior Scientist at NOVA Scientific, Inc. from January 1998 to November 2004, President at R. G. D. Research, Inc. from January 1997 to November 2004, and Director of R&D at X-Ray Optical Systems, Inc. from April 1995 to December 1997. From December 2004 to January 2018, they were a Research Chemist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and from November 1981 to March 1995, they served as a Research Chemist at NIST.

Raymond Cao has a Ph. D. in Nuclear Chemistry from Missouri University of Science and Technology, as well as a B. S. in Chemistry from Missouri Western State University.
