Alex Hawker

Alex leads the global customer operations. He has a wealth of experience delivering digital transformation capability to communications service providers around the world. Alex was head of Global Sales at Nokia and Amdocs, CEO of Actix, and European head of Telecoms at Hewlett Packard and ran the international business of AsiaInfo. He is a respected speaker at numerous industry conferences and has been a featured speaker at Oxford University's Said Business School. Alex was the recipient of the Glotel, Global Telecom Awards, 2016 for BSS transformation excellence.
