Samantha Grove has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as Store Manager at Away since September 2020, where responsibilities include optimizing operational activities and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at R.M. Williams Pty Ltd as Assistant Store Manager, training staff and ensuring exemplary customer service.
