Catherine Woods

Catherine Woods is an experienced resource analyst with a focus on operational effectiveness and capacity planning within contact center environments. Currently employed at Awaze since May 2019, Catherine drives efficiency and ensures adherence to resource and budget guidelines across UK and European centers, employing WFM systems such as Genesys and NICE IEX, as well as Microsoft Excel and Tableau for forecasting. Prior to this role, Catherine worked at Hoseasons as a resource analyst and at Northumbrian Water Group in various capacities, including resource planner, team leader, and customer service agent. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University.
