Paul Ainsworth

Paul Ainsworth is a skilled database administrator with extensive experience in SQL Server and Oracle database management. Currently, as the Lead SQL Server DBA at Awaze since March 2017, Paul oversees production support, performance monitoring, and hybrid cloud implementations, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include Director at PAA Consultancy Ltd and various DBA positions at companies like Leyland Trucks Ltd, Government Body, and Lockheed Martin, where Paul contributed to significant database migration and support projects. Paul holds a First Class Honours degree in Computing Database Systems from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 2006.
