Tina Calder is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer retention and CRM strategies across various companies. Currently serving as the European Director of Retention at Awaze since December 2020, Tina oversees customer retention efforts for Cottages.com, Hoseasons, and Novasol, while managing email strategy and leading a Pan-European team. Previously held roles include Head of Customer Retention at Cottages.com and Hoseasons, Head of CRM for JD Outdoor at JD Sports Fashion plc, and various senior positions at Premier Farnell, where Tina directed global email and retention strategies. Tina's career began at Hurtigruten and has evolved through significant roles at Gala Coral Group. Tina holds a BA Hons in Tourism Management with French from the University of Greenwich and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College.
