Greg Phipps

Greg Phipps has extensive experience in account management and control/automation systems, currently serving as a specialist at AWC since May 2002. With nearly 15 years in this role, Greg has collaborated with end users, original equipment manufacturers, and integrators in the DFW area, gaining insight into customer challenges and delivering solutions that promote positive growth. Prior to AWC, Greg worked at Motor Controls Inc. from January 1997 to February 2002 in sales support, where collaboration with outside sales staff refined understanding of customer needs and control system proposals. Greg began a career in control systems as a controls designer at Automated Techniques Incorporated from November 1995 to December 1996, focusing on automated medical waste equipment. Education includes avionics training in the US Army and a certificate in Electrical/Electronics Drafting and CAD from a computer-aided drafting school.
