Jay Sciambra

Jay Sciambra has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jay currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Human Resources at AWC, Inc., a position they have held since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Westlake Chemical (formerly Axiall Corporation) for over 20 years. During their time there, they held various roles including Director of Human Resources - Chemicals and Division Human Resources Manager. Jay also has previous work experience at Georgia Gulf Corporation/Axiall Corporation and Rhone-Poulenc, where they held positions such as Division Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Superintendent/Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Jay'sresponsibilities have included overseeing unionized facilities, managing human resources functions, and supervising employees.

Jay Sciambra attended Holy Cross High School in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1978 to 1982. From 1982 to 1986, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Louisiana State University.
