Vicky Hearmon

Vicky Hearmon is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience at AWE, currently serving as Senior HR Manager in Talent Acquisition since September 2011. In this role, Vicky leads a team of recruiters to provide an exceptional recruitment experience while contributing to AWE's mission of protecting the UK through nuclear science and technology. Previous positions at AWE include Resourcing Business Partner and Specialist Recruiter. Vicky's recruitment expertise was further developed at CfBT as an in-house recruiter and at Randstad as a Senior Consultant in the commercial sector. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Greenwich.
