Rod Greder

Rod Greder is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Co-Founder of Soup Fixins since January 2020, Rod focuses on enhancing nutrition and quality of ready-made soups. In May 2017, Rod established Ntangl Education, creating board games aimed at fostering critical thinking skills among youth. As Founder and CEO of Awear Technologies, Rod is developing an EEG-based tool for neurocognitive training in children. Additionally, Rod serves as an Extension Educator at the University of Minnesota, sharing expertise in Agriculture, Food and Natural Resource Sciences. With a background in innovation and product development as Owner of Breakthrough Forum/New Productivity Group since 2002, Rod has also contributed to entrepreneurial growth as an Initiator Fellow at the Initiative Foundation. Rod's previous experience includes leadership roles at Dow Chemical, Cargill, and Asgrow, coupled with academic credentials including a Ph.D. in Genetics and multiple degrees in Plant Sciences.
