Esther Choi

Esther Choi is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Awesome OS since June 2021, focusing on high-touch customer experiences for internet and eCommerce companies. Prior roles include Head of Customer Experience at Bubble, Manager of Live Events & Experiences at Promax, and various positions at The Honest Company and ShoeDazzle, where Esther developed expertise in customer interaction and service. Esther Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego.
