Paul Dworianyn has a long and varied work experience. Paul began their career in 1994 as an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's. In 1999, they joined Randstad USA, where they worked in Project Management, IT Help Desk, Collections, and Payroll. In 2001, they moved to Lake County Tech Campus, where they worked as a Project Manager, Board Clerk, and High School Instructor. In 2006, they began teaching Digital Media Design, Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Products, HTML, & CSS as an Adjunct Instructor at College of Lake County. In 2009, they founded Awesome Dynamic, specializing in helping brands become successful on Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and beyond. In 2019, they co-founded Findaway with Fredy Ludenna and Tony Gamero.
Paul Dworianyn obtained their Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Concordia University Chicago in 2011. Paul received their BS in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2008. In 2006, they completed an Associate of Arts - AA from College of Lake County. Paul attended Carmel Catholic High School from 1994 to 1998. In 2011, they obtained an Educator - Type 8 (Leadership/Admin.) certification from the Illinois State Board of Education. In 2001, they obtained an Educator - Type 5 (Career And Technical) certification from the Illinois State Board of Education, as well as a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) from Microsoft.
