Ellen Kapiloff

Ellen Kapiloff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as a Member at AWESOMELeaders.org and a Board Member at The Transportation & Supply Chain Institute at the University of Denver. Since June 2022, Ellen has held the position of Vice President of Operations for NORCAM at Lacoste, overseeing end-to-end supply chain initiatives and organizational transformation. Previous roles include Director of Global Logistics and Director of Global Transportation at Peloton Interactive, where significant savings and process improvements were achieved. Ellen has also contributed to major companies like Nike, Tory Burch, The Vitamin Shoppe, Ralph Lauren, and Agility, demonstrating a strong track record in operational excellence, project management, and contract negotiation. Ellen graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University.
