Doran Oatman, LCSW-S, is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in psychotherapy, care strategy, and program management. Currently serving as a Product Manager at BetterUp since June 2021, Doran has developed quality assurance programs, led team management initiatives, and enhanced customer experience through collaboration across various departments. Doran is also the founder of A New Beginning Counseling, focusing on grief, trauma, and transitional therapy, and has a history of scaling bereavement programs at Hospice Austin. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a commitment to leadership, Doran has contributed to the mental health field through innovative practices and supervision of emerging clinicians. Additionally, Doran is participating in the WELL Member and Career Accelerator Winter 2024 Cohort, aimed at advancing women's leadership in digital health.
