Jorge Bonekamp

Jorge Bonekamp is a skilled R&D and PLC Engineer at AWETA - World of Sorting Technology since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jorge contributed to an image processing project at Aerinspect in early 2020, focusing on developing a program that combined Python and Meshroom for 3D reconstruction using drone imagery. Additionally, Jorge served as a student assistant in mechanics courses at Delft University of Technology from August 2019 to February 2020, providing guidance to first-year Mechanical Engineering and Maritime Bachelor students. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Systems and Control and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, as well as a VWO diploma in Physics and Technology from Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden.
