Amar Smajlovic

Amar Smajlovic, MBA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within the cannabis and healthcare industries. Currently, Amar serves as Manager of FP&A at Ascend Wellness Holdings, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of FP&A at TILT Holdings and Manager of FP&A at Cresco Labs. Amar's career began at Mercer as an Investment Analyst, followed by roles as Senior Budget Analyst at Northwestern University and Senior Financial Analyst at Discovery Health Partners. Amar holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
