Lucas Hoefflicker

Lucas Hoefflicker has had a diverse range of work experiences in various industries. Lucas started their career as a Project Assistant at Dillibaugh Inc., where they coordinated daily jobsite work and attended safety meetings. Lucas then worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Robert Half, conducting extensive research on zoning regulations. Lucas also gained experience as an Immigration Legal Assistant at their brother's law firm, handling client information, data entry, and assisting with immigration filings. Following this, they worked as a Real Estate Project Assistant at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, providing support with real estate transactions and regulatory filings. Lucas then joined Grassroots Cannabis as a Real Estate Project Manager, overseeing real estate projects. Currently, they hold roles at Ascend Wellness Holdings, initially as the Director of Real Estate and Permitting, then as the Director of Strategy. Lucas is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy at Ascend Wellness Holdings.

Lucas Hoefflicker attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Affairs.
