Heather Richmond

Heather Richmond currently serves as an EdTech Strategic Advisor at GradGuard since January 2025. Prior to this role, Heather spent over 17 years at TouchNet, A Global Payments Company, where responsibilities included leading the marketing team as Vice President and managing product direction as Sr. Director of Marketing and Product Management. Earlier experience includes serving as Product Manager for Campus Commerce Management software and directing client services at iModules Software, enhancing client engagement through effective software solutions. Heather began their career in marketing at Planet Alumni, Inc., and holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Missouri Western State University.
