Roman Nemchenko

Roman Nemchenko, CPA has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Roman has held various roles in different companies. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Accountant - Intern at Merck CPAs & Consultants and Thomas F. Lindgren, CPA. In 2010, they interned as a Finance/Accounting Intern at General Electric. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC. In 2015, they served as a PE Legal - Senior Associate at Fortress Investment Group. In 2016, they joined Oscar Insurance as a Senior Manager - Accounting and Financial Reporting. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Controller at Acreage Holdings. Currently, since April 2020, they are the Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Ascend Wellness Holdings.

Roman Nemchenko, CPA holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance at the State University of New York at New Paltz from 2006 to 2010. Roman is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the AICPA.
